History

Ege University Maritime Vocational School was established in 2013. Our institution, which provides associate degree education, actively offers education in Maritime Transportation and Operations and Underwater Technology Programs. As of the 2018-2019 Academic Year, the quota for the Maritime Transportation and Operations Program has been increased to 60, and the quota for the Underwater Technology Program has been increased to 50. The trainings are conducted at Ege University's Bornova Campus and primarily at our campus located in Urla Pier.

The Underwater Technology Program has been inspected and authorized by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in accordance with the regulations governing official and private institutions providing maritime education. The Maritime Transportation and Operations Program continues its educational activities as an institution authorized by the Ministry.
