Dear Students,

Urla Maritime Vocational School was established on March 21, 2013. Our school has Underwater Technology, Maritime Transportation and Management and Fisheries Programs. As of 2021, Maritime Transportation and Management Program reached 60+2, Underwater Technology Program 50+2 student quotas. The other program, the Fisheries does not actively continue its educational activities since the student quota is not given by YÖK. Our Underwater Technology graduate students can have first-class diver qualification after completing 50 hours of deep-sea dives. Graduates of the Maritime Transportation and Management (Deck) program are entitled to take the "Watch Officer" proficiency exam after completing their one-year offshore internship according to the Seafarers Regulation.

Our first goals are to raise an innovative, responsible, competitive, qualified manpower who has maritime customs and traditions, researches the country, the nation and the principles of Atatürk. In order to contribute to the workforce and development of our country, we continue our efforts to increase our education quality day by day with our experienced staff. I welcome our students who are devoted to maritime and wish them success in all stages of their lives.
